Always a pleasant stay here. This was my second time and it was just as warm and welcoming as the first. The apartment is lovely, claw foot tub inviting and will come back again when next in Fort Collins.

Great stay!

Host gave excellent communications, and property was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at! Great location as very quiet, scenic and easy access to local communities. Will plan to stay at the property again when we travel back to the area.

Beautiful and peaceful

The area and accommodations were clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The apartment is an easy drive away from Fort Collins, Widsor, etc. The host was kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this rental and would book it again when in the area.

Love it here

This was my second stay at this property. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The great view of the mountains was a bonus.

Wonderful stay with a nice location

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the large tub and the bed was super comfy. Molly greeted us one night as we returned, she is a sweatheart. Perfect location just a few minutes from our son we hope to stay again on our next visit.

Colorado vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were very large we didn’t feel cramped. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was like we were home. I would definitely stay again, we loved it. Kelly was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond.

Came here to visit family, stayed four months…beautiful place, stunning scenery (love the mountains)….easy access to shopping and eating places in and around Fort Collins, one of my favorite towns! Loved to sit on the deck to get some sun or read. Hosts were very accommodating…

Quiet & Comfortable

We were looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation rental that was out of the hustle and bustle! This was a great location. It had all the comforts of home and we even took advantage of the walking paths in the neighborhood.

CSU option

This is a great option vs staying in Fort Collins for CSU events. Just 20 minutes away and very comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay during parent’s weekend.

We wanted an easy-access, clean and quiet place to stay while attending a family wedding north of Fort Collins.This studio apartment exceeded our expectations. Very nicely set up, with the bedroom separate from the main living space. One could live there quite comfortably - has plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathing and "relaxing" supplies (even board games!) Decorated with a Rocky Mountain vibe. Has pleasing views, an easy neighborhood with open space for walking, and I-25 is convenient but doesn't intrude there. We appreciated the personal touches, like fresh flowers, that made this stay special. And when we accidently set off the automatic garage door opener, Kelly fixed the problem immediately and with a touch of humor. We definitely recommend this property, thanks.

Easy to find; lovely place; quiet!! Scented sheets and towels a bit rough on the allergies, but we will still place this at the top of our list when we visit our new grandbaby again!

Perfect location for our extended stay

This upper level apt was just what we needed for our stay in Northern Colorado. Conveniently located near Ft. Collins & I-25 but still had a quiet rural vibe. Fully equipped with the needful things. Slight challenge navigating the stairs and the claw foot tub. Otherwise it was great.

Christmas 2023 Stay

Wonderful location if you want to be out of town and yet close enough to town to enjoy shopping, movies, and restaurants. Quiet with a magnificent view of the Northern front range of Rocky Mountain peaks. Easy to locate. Hosts were amazingly gracious when we extended our stay by several days. We never actually met the hosts, but that was ok, we had no need to. We felt that if we had needed to make contact that they would have been easily accessible.

Nice quiet and comfortable

Came to visit my father for thanksgiving. He ended up coming down with Covid so we never got to see him but we where happy to have such a nice comfortable and quiet place to relax. Mountain View’s are gorgeous! Bed was super comfortable and we slept like kings. Since thanksgiving plans fell through and we couldn’t find an open restaurant that didn’t have a 2-3 hour wait we ended up hitting up the grocery store and making tostadas in the well equipped kitchen (just note while there is a stove top there is no oven, no biggie if you’re just doing quick meals). We where very happy.

Lovely location in Colorado

Beautiful location and scenery of the mountains & the water was awesome. The unit itself is very cute and comfortable. Quite a few steps to get up to the unit so if you have trouble walking there may be a little bit of a problem. Bathroom has a cute clawfoot bathtub but the sides are kind of high so it's a little difficult getting in and out of it and there is no additional shower. Also visitors should know there is a sheep farm about a mile a and a half north so once in awhile depending on the wind you may have a pretty strong smell that kind of discourages you from sitting on the balcony, but overall we enjoyed our month there very much muchtheonthebalisadditioshower.

Felt very safe & clean. Neighbors were very friendly and the area is close to many places to eat, shop, or find entertainment. The tub is very tall which made it hard to get in and out of and bathe my kids but my husband who is 6ft had no problem. Would stay here again. Beautiful area.
