It’s a tiny house behind a bustling, which means you squeeze past overflowing garbage cans to get to it. Not a great start. "The apartment above the owner's garage was wonderfully decorated, very clean, had all the amenities needed and included small "touches" to make a stay even better (i.e., earphones in the bedroom, K-cups, creamers, ice machine, etc.). The owner, Jennifer, was very responsive and accommodating. They have a path to walk on their property for guests to sit on the waterfront chairs and enjoy the view (even providing blankets by the door). "Pros: Front desk staff are very friendly. Parking lot is specious and close to the building. There are two modern cooktops in the public kitchen on the first floor. This is very convenient for people who like to cook by themselves. Cons: A little bit cold over the night in the bedroom (mid May). Turned heater on, but it seemed just blowing cold air to one of the two bed rooms. I should have asked front desk, but was too sleepy."
