"This was such a wonderful place. The house is in a large neighborhood but is located in the best area for beach access. You aren’t oceanfront but can hear the ocean at night, there are no houses between you and the water. The house is a great floor plan, open and spacious, clean and comfortable. The houses are close together but you can’t hear anything from the other houses. The pool is super nice and the whole area very laid-back. Plenty of good food nearby. Lots of great little shops too. If you’re looking for a lot of activities, plan to trek to PCB (45 min or so) but if you’re looking for a very nice place to relax and some good beach time, this is a great vacation rental!"

"This was such an amazing place ! What made it even more amazing was the HOST !!! They are so wonderful ! They have thought of everything ,-& nothing is needed after you arrive. They have you ready for VACATION !! Beautiful house with so much character in every room. So clean , everything you need. We loved the golf cart,-& bike rides. All the games,-& everything you need for the beach. Even little details like tap for the WiFi ,-& the guest book. All the details are there,-& so much more. We ate so much excellent seafood in PSJ. The beach was beautiful . Everything is within minutes from the house. Just an overall amazing trip. I even left an item , - without hesitation they are mailing it back to me.We can’t thank the host enough. We loved it all . We would love to vacation here again !!Thank you so very much !!"

"Chelsea is a wonderful host and great to work with! If you have kids, she has thought of everything that you may need! She has accommodated plenty of beach gear as well! If you are thinking of renting this property, just go ahead and book it! We will definitely be staying at this property again! We love PSJ and Chelsea made our experience even better!"

"The house was clean and convenient within the community. There was everything we needed for our beach days and getting around (golf cart and bicycles!). The host was quick with responses to any questions we had. The pools were great and not crowded. We stayed mid-September so there was a lot of love bugs and the biting flies were annoying... but that is not a downside to the property... the home was nice and we had a very good time despite the annoying bugs."

"We didn't realize this "apartment" was actually part of a family home, so that was odd for us. However, the space fit us 2 just fine, the bed was comfortable, and the surrounding area was lovely. When you're out of the neighborhood (which is a bunch of single family homes, not very "resort" like), you can enjoy the pool and direct access to the beach. We had a lot of gear to wash after beach adventures and this property had a hose, outdoor shower, and plenty of space to dry all of our stuff. The host was great and helpful. If you're looking for a very reasonably priced place to stay that checks the essentials boxes this will work for you."
