"Richard & Ginger were great hosts! They provided lots of restaurant and activity recommendations. Richard called to check up on us and offered special accomodations based on our unusual situation. The house was perfect for the (4) adults and dogs I traveled with. The front and back porch were great for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails. The location was perfect, we could walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

"Overall our stay was great. The house was exactly as listed, great location within the neighborhood and to the beach. Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the commonly used appliances and utensils. Check in was a bit of a headache because the gate code didnt work which left us stuck at the gate with a line of cars behind us. We attempted to contact the host several times that night via the phone number listed and through Vrbo with no response until the next morning. This was a huge inconvenience for us as well as the other family who was staying as well. "

"Great place to stay. We loved that it was within walking distance of Piggly Wiggly on one side and the bay and park on the other. There was also a great bar with live music on the weekends within walking and listening distance. Having a bedroom and bathroom along with a half bath downstairs in both units made this trip much easier for everyone. Everything was clean and well stocked."
