Oakghyll is a spacious house and is very comfortably furnished. The accommodation is particularly flexible for a larger party with the bedrooms set out over two floors. The lounge is ideal for seating all of your party in front of the wall mounted TV so everyone can watch your chosen film or TV programme and for those who want to escape such facilities, the small sun room, just off the lounge, overlooks a long, colourful terrace and is an ideal place to enjoy some quiet time.

A group of six stayed here.

A group of six stayed here.Great parking , enough for 4 or 5 cars out the back of the property.Good kitchen / diner , everything we needed to cook breakfast.Two bathrooms, I used the downstairs one which was clean and recently refurbished. My friends said the upstairs shower needed some tlc.Rooms were comfortable and plenty of towels provided.Heating and Wi-Fi worked fine.Wood burner was superb , I own a wood burner and this one is superior.Comfortable lounge.As mountain bikers an outside storeage area would have been ideal.Short walk to plenty of pubs etc.Overall it was good and well worth the money.
