From our large deck, you can grill dinner and watch wildlife, the sunset, and spend time with your family or friends. EV charger on-site for electric vehicles.

For our "homebody" guests, take in the views both north (of the Tetons from the living and dining room) and south of our private spring-fed stream from the kitchen and family room. Many a guest has been surprised by moose and elk casually strolling past the window while drinking their morning coffee. Cooks will love taking the time to make a favorite recipe for the gang but still enjoying the views from the kitchen and joining the family room conversation. Unlike many rental homes, there is a wide variety of cooking tools, pans, baking sheets, and utensils, along with basic pantry supplies. Area grocery stores include Smiths, Albertsons and Whole Foods (along with specialty gourmet shops).

The spacious kitchen opens into comfortable sitting area, with peaceful views of the private stream and cottonwoods. Wildlife is abundant! The kitchen has induction cooktop, double oven and all well outfitted. We stock staples, spices, and paper products. The combination living and dining room feature a wood burning fireplace and beautiful views of the Tetons, Rendezvous, Glory Bowl and the meadows.

The master bedroom has king sized bed (new luxury mattress 2024), en-suite with an oversized soaking tub and shower. Guest bedrooms have 1 queen or 2 full-length twin beds and generous closet space (new luxury mattresses 2024). Bathrooms have additional built-in heaters to provide additional cozy comfort. Enjoy a show on the flat screen SMART tvs or out the window, where there’s a view of the stream all types of wildlife are known to visit.

The laundry room has energy efficient washer and dryer, detergent and other necessities. Heat throughout home is baseboard. Large deck with patio furniture and gas grill.

New Bike Pathways access 2024 begins 1/2 mile down our street. The home is located 10 minutes from either Teton Village or the town of Jackson. Close to all Jackson Hole attractions, such as Grand Teton National Park (20 minutes), Yellowstone (1 hour), Snake River launch points (5 minutes), hiking trails on Teton Pass. Private property manager available to help throughout your stay, stock the refrigerator or offer other services to help make your stay comfortable and convenient. Long term bookings favored and appropriate rate reductions extended.

Several guide books and resources are available at the home. Owners are happy to make recommendations and suggest local haunts and secret finds!

No smoking. No RVs, ATVs or campers; no hunting on premises, no snowmobiles, party capacity strictly limited to 6. Our stream is not deep enough for fishing :(
