"We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire...

"Two couples (60+ in age) stayed in the 310B (upper) townhouse. It was an awesome experience! We loved the location---walking distance from Niagara Falls State Park. Directly across the street from the townhouse there is a walking path that leads you directly to the State Park. The house was clean and completely furnished with everything that we needed. It is an upstairs unit (which we already knew), but we are all physically fit and had no problem climbing the stairs to go to the townhouse...
