Luxury Vermont condo located in the scenic town of Wilmington on the Haystack Golf Course- minutes away from The Hermitage Club, Mount Snow, and West Dover. Beautiful open living room with fireplace, cathedral ceilings and wood beams. A eat in kitchen with high end appliances and center island with bar stools. Just outside on the deck is an bbq grille and bistro set for you to relax while overlooking the mountains. Full bath and laundry located on the level. Full bedroom with queen bed on main level. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedroom suites with full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a jet tub and large bathroom with double vanity. The basement is unfinished open space, but provides access to the backyard grass area. Basketball court and tennis court on property. 3 parking spaces at unit, with extra parking in complex.
A short distance to downtown Wilmington and West Dover, and the markets, grocery store, and area restaurants. The golf clubhouse is less than a 5 minute car ride door to door. The condo complex is located on the 11th fairway. 30 minutes to Manchester.
