Set high in family-friendly Chimney Hill above the Chimney Hill Clubhouse which provides amenities free of charge for guests - indoor & outdoor pools, fitness room, indoor hot tub & sauna, tennis and basketball court, social areas, game room, and grills. Days of operation vary seasonally. Ice skating pond during winter months.

House is open-concept with three levels to accommodate everyone comfortably

One primary bedroom, one private Queen bedroom, and two family-style bedrooms ; 3 full-baths - 1 per floor, ensures everyone's comfort. Additional features include a wood burning fireplace insert in living room, safe electric infrared fireplace entertainment center in playroom, updated kitchen & baths, WIFI, and a large game room with a full-size air hockey table, Foosball, and shuffleboard table.

Wrap-around deck and private master deck afford beautiful wooded views, outdoor dining, Large outdoor grill.

Within minutes of charming downtown Wilmington and a quick 10 min drive to Mount Snow ski area and Haystack Golf Courses.

The Deerfield Valley area is host to many fun family activities such as hiking, horseback riding, farm visits, sleigh rides, ice skating, fall foliage, music events, local brewery tours and tastings. Mount Snow has expanded its snow-making facilities recently to further enhance your skiing experience and is also host of weekend entertainment events.

4th of July stay

My family had a wonderful time. The town does a really nice fireworks display. Easy to ride the Moover back and forth to avoid the traffic. We enjoyed the space and the pool. Great quiet location.

Perfect family ski trip

Jeanine has a beautiful home in close proximity to ski areas and lovely downtown Wilmington. The house was so clean with ample Room for kids to play in playroom (loaded with toys) and adults to enjoy dinner and the fire. Our family had a wonderful stay and can’t wait till next year.

Wonderful time in Wilmington

The house layout was perfect for us. There are lots of games and toys for our 5 year old twin grandkids to play with. We all enjoyed the outdoor pool at the clubhouse.

Great stay for a second time close to Mount Snow

This is our second time at this property. Like the first time, we loved our stay. Great house 15 minutes from Mount Snow with a wood fireplace and fun game room. Jeanine is a great host a communicated well with all the important info, she also was kind enough to let us have a late check out. I’m sure we will be back.

Amazing place to stay.

Beautiful house to stay at and in a beautiful location. Game room was awesome to hang out in with friends. Love cooking breakfast for my friends in the kitchen. Jeanine is awesome with great communication. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Another Great Stay at Jeanine's Home in Wilmington, VT

This is our second stay at Jeanine's home and it did not disappoint. The home is always very clean and well organized. The showers have great water pressure and we never run out of hot water. We especially enjoyed the fireplace during this visit.

Long weekend ski trip

Great property with solid amenities and stocked well for two families with 4 kids 1-6 years old. Clubhouse indoor heated pool was clutch. Weather was a bit nuts so be wary if you don’t have 4 wheel drive with snow tires, the house is up a steep mountain and driveway is sloped making it difficult to get out if you are not prepared. Host was super responsive and would come back again!

Great house, pool was a big hit

The house had everything we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The game room greatly added to our enjoyment throughout the week. The children with us were happily occupied. We went to the pool/hot tub three times during the week. We love it and everyone there were so friendly to us. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Great family ski weekend

Wonderful, clean, and cozy house that was fully equipped with everything you would need for a weekend away. Perfect for family with kids. The downstairs room had so many fun things to keep them entertained when not skiing. Short drive to Mt Snow. We would definitely recommend for families looking to ski but also want a house to relax in afterwards with plenty of space and fun games. We didn’t check out the clubhouse but the indoor pool looked good and close by. The owner was very responsive and gave very good instructions on check in and other house details.

Feb break ski trip

House was perfect for our group. Jeanine was very easy to reach with questions and prompt with responses. House is at the top of the Chimney Hill complex- very close to the clubhouse and probably walkable if had been a bit warmer. Distance from Mt Snow was an easy 20 min drive. Well equipped kitchen, large table, clean, spacious bathrooms, large basement area for the kids, cozy living room with fireplace for the adults. Hiking trails in complex for the non-skiers. Overall a great house!

48 Snow Shoe Road - Top of the Mountain Heaven!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will definitely stay here again!! The house is perfect, well-appointed, spacious, decorated very nicely, close to the Clubhouse, with plenty of fun games for the guys and our Grandson to play in the downstairs game room....who needs an Arcade?? It is always a pleasure dealing with the Quickers who go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable! Thank you for our wonderful long weekend in Chimney Hill !!

Wonderful Mt. Snow weekend

The house was perfect. Communication with the host was perfect. My only issue was that the ad said, “minutes from Mt. Snow” It is more like 25 minutes. That’s okay. I just thought it implied a shorter drive. Still a great place to stay to ski at Mt. Snow.

The place was a wonderful location. Plenty big enough, a bit dated. There weren’t any towels or washcloths for showers. I thought that was very odd. I know that she talked about towels, we assumed they were for the pool at the clubhouse.

Fantastic spot for a family getaway

What an excellent spot. It's peaceful and remote, but is a 10-minute drive to the adorable village. The clubhouse is great, especially if you have little ones. The townhouse is perfect for a multi-generational stay. I and my fiancee had one second-floor bedroom and my adult kiddo and their GF had the other bedroom. My mom took the ground floor, and my brother, his wife, and his two kids took the excellent playroom area. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out for privacy, but also larger meeting spaces to gather together. Perfect! Jeanine was responsive and flexible. Great to deal with!
