"I’m forever overjoyed with the way people transform small spaces and this cabin is on point! I never even knew the lake was right behind the place! How my dog and I enjoyed our daily walks along the lake road. The lake is a paddlers paradise. Most days I was the only one out there. It IS cabin living so you’ll have some occasional hard water experiences and the fyi g insects are hatching now so they like to visit. Gratefully my dog loves to eat them. Enjoy.! "We loved our stay at the chalet. It's perfectly situated in the cutest little neighborhood, while also feeling very secluded. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. While visiting we walked a few of the trails nearby, part of the Valley Trail and the Hoot, Toot and Whistle. They were both perfect for our pups, especially during hunting season. We gave our pups an extra squeeze in honor of Scarlet. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We would love to stay again!!"

"I was in Brattleboro for one night, and this Inn was well-reviewed and within my budget, so I booked a room. The location is fantastic, on an easy route into town, very easy to get around by car. What struck me most was the friendliness of the front desk staff, both on check-in and check-out. As a solo woman traveller, I felt totally safe and respected. The building itself was dated, but that's very typical of the area, and it was clean, well-maintened, and safe. I also liked how many quick food choices were within easy walking distance. I'll definitely pick this hotel again if I'm ever passing through town. "
