A wonderful vacation home in a private but very convenient location, just 10 minutes to Mt Snow. A perfect choice for a large family, family reunion or friends looking to enjoy the beautiful Wilmington and West Dover areas any time of the year. Plenty of space to relax after a day of activities, this home has everything you need for guests of all ages and interests. We know you're going to love your stay!

Space to Enjoy!
The house has four bedrooms, two full baths, and a half bath with enough space for your guests to stay comfortably. All beds have fresh linens and bathrooms have towels and paper products. The open concept main floor offers wonderful views from the very large picture windows. The family room has a large couch and working fireplace for comfort and snuggling. The retro kitchen has plenty of counter space and is stocked with everything you need for preparing and serving meals. A gas grill is also available. The loft area is a favorite space with large TV, PS3, movies, games, books and spaces to curl up. The daybed in the loft offers another great spot for sleeping. Wi-Fi is provided to stay well connected.

The large deck is a perfect area to have a drink and soak in the day. The five-person hot tub on the deck makes it easy to relax and take in the beautiful Vermont blue skies or starry nights. The backyard is a great space for games, having a catch or just hanging out, plus there is a fire pit area in the back for nighttime fun and s'mores!

Community
The location of this vacation home is perfect. Nestled on a quiet road but conveniently located right off Route 100, you're just a short trip to all this community has to offer. Just ten minutes to Mt. Snow or Harriman Reservoir/Lake Whitingham, 25 minutes to Stratton, and centrally located to all the other activities the Green Mountains have to offer. The site of Mt. Snow, West Dover has excellent restaurants, bars, Snow Republic Brewery and ski shops. The small town of Wilmington is a great place to stroll the picturesque streets and visit the shops, galleries and restaurants. Coming in to town, you'll find a grocery store, drug store, gas stations and convenience stores making it easy to stop and pick up whatever you need for your stay. Even easier, the full-service River Valley Market is located right at the bottom of Haskell Hill. You'll find a wide selection of groceries, wine and beer. Also at the bottom of Haskell Hill is a stop for the free MOOver Shuttle (look for the black and white cow buses running thru town) which runs along Route 100 from Wilmington to Mt Snow. Fantastic stay!

This was our second time staying at Beth's property and it was just as lovely as the first. The space fit our group of friends very comfortably. We especially loved the large windows in the living room looking into the wooded back yard and the spacious deck with a hot tub!

Excellent stay!

This was a beautiful house for a friends and family snow reunion. We loved the space and all of the rooms were very comfortable. Beautiful views, close to Mount Snow. Enjoyed cooking, playing games, and relaxing in a welcoming space-- plus, the great hot tub! Beth was thoughtful and prompt in all communications. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Home Base

I'm the maid of honor for my best friend's wedding. She tasked me with an "adult sleepaway camp" bachelorette party for 9 guests. Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The living room became our home base to socialize, plan, and enjoy the view outside the gorgeous window. The picnic bench fit all of us for eating and playing games. There were enough beds to sleep everybody (and a couch for the guest whose roommate snored!) and they were comfy and warm. While we were unable to use the fire pit due to the weather, we took full advantage of the grill, hot tub, and foosball table. The house was centrally located between several towns, so everything we wanted to do and see was a short drive away. The highlight of the stay was late the first night when, while laughing quite loudly, the bride reminded us to quiet down -- so we, in turn, reminded her we didn't have neighbors close enough to hear us. You could see her worry melt away! I would absolutely recommend this house to any large group looking for somewhere beautiful, private, and low-key to stay. We truly had a great time!

Beautiful house for a weekend getaway

We had a great time at this wonderful house, which is private and cozy. The high ceiling in the main room along with the fireplace make it a fantastic space to spend a relaxing evening. Would be excited to stay here again.

We loved our stay in this cozy house! It's perfect for a bigger group. There was lots to keep us occupied and having fun. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful during the booking process. Stay here. You won't regret it!

Huge beautiful home close to mountain

We had an amazing time thank you so much. One of our favorite parts was the huge living room space and high ceilings —- and of course the hot tub! We will definitely be back, super convenient location to mount snow, and owners were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Perfect long weekend

We had a great stay here. It was the perfect way to have a break from being stuck at home. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire, both inside and outside, and the hot tub on the deck.

Amazing!!

The property was amazing!! It is in a private area, but very close to town. The house was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. I cannot express how accommodating and responsive Beth is! I booked the house for a girls gate away and she let us have a early check-in and late checkout. I also accidentally left my favorite blanket in the home afterwards and she was able to mail it out to me! If you are thinking about this home for a gate away, do not hesitate! Just book it!

Perfect place for a family getaway!
