Nestled in a private wooded lot near Lake Raponda and Mount Snow ski resort, the charming upgraded chalet offers ample outdoor space with a new fire pit and snowmobile trail access. Charming upgraded chalet conveniently located just East of the village of Wilmington and a short drive to nearby Lake Raponda and Mount Snow ski resort. This home sits on a private wooded lot with lots of outdoor space including a new fire pit. There is snowmobile trail access nearby and Molly Stark State Park for snowshoeing, picnics and hiking jaunts.

The space
The home’s main floor has a large open living area with great natural woodwork, beamed ceilings, new hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace and a sunny exposure. Off the kitchen is a cold room entryway, great to store a large cooler There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower on this level. Home has a large deck with a Traeger grill (pellets provided). There is a large map of MT Snow near the kitchen counter which is fun to look at “apres-ski.”
This is a three-story home with a bedroom(s) on each level. You will enter on Level G into a mud room with wooden walls, great for boots and equipment. There is a large comfortable living space with sofas and TV. A sliding barn door separates this area from the bunk room, bathroom with shower and laundry.
The top floor has two large bedrooms with soaring ceilings with fans. There is a bathroom on this level with a bathtub (no shower). One bedroom has a King size bed, day bed and large TV. The other room has a queen bed and slider door to a private balcony.
The carpet is new and each bedroom has window coverings for privacy. Each bed has soft white sheets and a fresh duvet and shams laundered between all guests. Quick dry spa towels are provided. The kitchen is well appointed with slow cooker, blender, and hand mixer. The artwork was carefully chosen to create a Vermont experience.

There is plenty of private parking. Mountain roads but well maintained by Vermont DOT.

We may allow a small hypo-allergenic dog upon request and additional security deposit. Please inquire prior to booking.
