Welcome to the Trolley Tea Cup studio! This charming studio is located blocks

away from Delaware's best night life and restaurants. Warm and cozy, the space

has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway or business trip.

Step into a bright and inviting studio unit that has been thoughtfully

designed with your comfort in mind. Our recent renovation ensures that you'll

have a clean and modern space to relax in. Think hotel room with a tiny

kitchen. What the Trolley Tea Cup lacks in size it makes up for in charm.

Freshly renovated the unit has a new tile shower, new floors, new kitchen

cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is an electric counter top range (2

burner) and a GE Advantium 120 Microwave / Convection oven with speed cook.

Whether you're here for work or leisure, we've got you covered. There's a

small desk area where you can set up your laptop, and we offer free high-speed

Wi-Fi. For downtime, you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the flat-

screen TV. There is a 4k wall mounted smart TV that pulls out for easy bed

viewing. It has 100 internet channels (using the TV based ChannelPlus app),

and a ChromeCast.

Our unit is located in the heart of Wilmington's historic district, within

walking distance of museums, parks, restaurants, and entertainment options.

You'll be just minutes away from local attractions like the Delaware Art

Museum, Brandywine Park, and the vibrant Riverfront area.

We are following the 5 step cleaning and sanitizing process, due to the

enhanced process some surfaces like door knobs or remotes may feel sticky from

the lysol products.

Nice Neighborhood/OK Property

I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ...
