The sitting area in the back is Besutiful. The elevators were very scary, felt like it was going to break down. The room i stayed in had a bad odor when we opened the door, it had an old smell as if animals were housed or kept in the room. Animal hairs were all over the room.

Cute room, spacious suite, nice staff, good location, easy parking, great price, 10/10. Had an unexpected third tenant by the name of Roach, refused to split the cost. And the front desk nicely told us that we were on our own, -1. Malnourished bed bugs, took us for a feast, -1. Hotel is likely haunted, had random human hair balls show up in bed on the third night, definitely not my hair and not there before. Quit a couple of them pop up throughout the night. Very comfortable bed, but nightmares and constant awakenings for all three of us (roach included) every single night. Totally recommended to be added onto the Ghost Walk location list, -1. Breakfast, yes; hot breakfast, no, -1. No toiletries besides soap, -1. Cop searching for a missing child at 2am, not the hotel’s fault though, bless the family, -0. Very enchanted experience, 5/10, might try it again.

The staff were very pleasant, considerate, and helpful. The facilities appeared cleaned; the only exception was that the carpet was a little sticky in our room and a bottle of cleaner had been left in the shower. The breakfast was okay; I wish there had been more variety that included a hot meal. There also wasn’t any utensil to grab the waffle from the waffle maker and multiple people were trying to grab the hot waffle with their bare hands quickly to not get burnt.

Stayed here while moving my daughter into UNCW. It is just a few miles from the university- extremely convenient. Overall the property was clean and in good repair. The parking lot is easy to get into and there was plenty of parking. It’s just a few miles from lots of dining and shopping options. The pool is shared with the hotel next door, so it got a little crowded on a hot summer day, but it’s fine if you aren’t planning to use the pool. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the beach with traffic. Our only complaint was that the nonsmoking room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. The hotel staff graciously offered to move us. I will definitely stay here again.

This was my husband and I anniversary trip. We never been to Wilmington NC. The first thing we notice was the room was very spacious for the price. But the carpet in the hallway wasn't clean at all. There was hair under the headboard on the box spring of the mattress. Finally, there was a very slight mildew smell as you enter the room. I thought the rain from the tropical storm, cause the smell. So, it didn't bother me has much. The stay, staff and room accommodation where so good, it out-way the negative observations. I will diffently return with family next time.

Just don’t. Room smelled and had fruit flies. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean and my skin itched. We asked to have the room serviced with clean sheets and towels. They only gave us 2 additional towels and nothing else. Elevator had sticky floor and didn’t feel safe. Hallway carpet was nasty. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and only stayed one

The front desk staff seem like they hated their jobs. They were extremely rude and seemed very annoyed by any children. Went to get breakfast, and the lady in the breakfast area seemed super annoyed that I was just simply trying to get some breakfast like I made things inconvenient for her for some reason I was there before breakfast ended so not sure why she was so rude to me The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking. Overall very disappointed snd felt uncomfortable and wish I would have book somewhere else.
