"Absolutely amazing little boutique hotel in downtown Missoula. The area is charming and filled with wonderful local shops and restaurants. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, my husband said it was like sleeping in an REI store in every best possible way! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, the overall charm and cleanliness A+++ and the thoughtful details and amenities were the ick g in the cake. I cannot wait to check out their sister property in my hometown of Boise because if The Wren is any indication, these people have their finger on the pulse and know hospitality! Cannot recommend enough!"

"The desk clerk was so welcoming and efficient. The Valet attendant was also efficient and explained everything to us. I did have my toilet clog in the middle of the night though which wasnt good and didnt want to call for help when my husband was sleeping so i had to unplug it on my own 😳 didnt have a plunger so had to use a makeshift plunger out of my cup. 😆 other than that it was great and atleast the toilet was clean...lol"
