Room was clean and simple. Light from outside comes through curtains and does not allow for room to be dark. Stairs to 2nd story rooms are very loud when trying to sleep. Parking lot does not have enough spots for parking and the motel was not sold out.

It’s nothing elegant but fine for the price and a modest walk from Front Street and the riverfront. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles available at reception and that the guy at Reception was friendly. The room was utilitarian - I appreciated it had a small table for doing some work or having a meal. The bathroom was fine.

This is an excellent motel for the price. Friendly staff, updated rooms, & convenient location. We chose it because of its proximity to the river trail through town. It was a great spot to get in a nice morning run before another day of driving. We all slept well and agreed we’d stay again in the future!

Felt ok booking this hotel after the reviews and really thought it would be fine for sleeping. The motel has had work done to make it look more attractive but definitely seemed like things were already falling apart. Our room was not very clean. Floors were dirty, the bathroom sink had toothpaste splatters all over, and the worst part was chewing tobacco spit all over the shower wall. The location is really good so if you do book then just have a quick check for cleanliness!

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! The beds were great and the rooms have been upgraded and look good! Honestly the only thing I didn’t like about the motel was that the floor was very dirty, if it wasn’t for my toddler idk if we would have noticed how dirty they were as quickly as we did. Every time he walked on the floor without his shoes his feet were black. But we were on the main floor and it could have been dust from outside. Even though the floor was dirty we would come back for everything else!

This is a great little hotel. Inexpensive. Staff was great. Room was clean. This is a basic room for sleeping. No frills, fridge, or microwave, but we didn't need that. Bed was very comfy.

Rooms were small but spotlessly clean (you could smell the Lysol the minute you opened the door :-) Cute retro touches (like the blue microwave & old rotary phone). Parking was ample and the lot was protected. Overall a great bargain for < $100.
