"Staff was very sweet. We did notice in our shower an open, used bar of soap. I did show it to the front desk who offered to move us. The room did look clean, besides that. Just older. Hot tub had caution tape around it and ac in room .. idk, it was just older is all that I can say. It did serve the purpose for a one night trip to a concert. "

"Very slim breakfast a waffle, banana, toast and one flavor of small muffins. They did have packs of instant oatmeal but didnt see bowls. Cranberry or apple juice. Very small wasnt impressed. Room was clean, was cigarette burn hole in sheet but clean. Comfortable bed but room had alot of moisture. Staff guy was super friendly. Computer in lobby was broke. I wouldnt walk around outside alone very far from hotel"

" We choose to stay at Marriott properties because of a high standard of cleanliness. This property is not up to par. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher at check-in. The fridge handle was completely missing. The overhead light in the kitchen was burned out. Air-conditioning not working. The tub drain was disgusting. Dried urine at the base of the toilet. Phone did not work. We took photos of it all to document it and have reported it to the Residencer Inn Corporate offices. To top it all off we were charged $360 more than our receipt shows we should have been charged. After several calls to the hotel to try and resolve the issue we gave up and went to corporate offices. We have never written a bad review before...but this property really needs to up their game. It is terrible!"

"The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. "

"Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was great. That’s as far as I can say was good about our stay. Will not be back. "

"This beautiful property was the perfect setting for our 55th anniversary celebration. Our out of town guests stayed in the vintage home and they really were impressed and felt pampered. The rooms were spacious and charming. The stairs were a challenge for our over 75 guests. I would suggest that light colored strips be applied to each step to help those with failing eyesight see each step better. The kitchen was fantastic with the chef's range and industrial refrigerators. The guest house was ideal for getting dressed before the ceremony.i would recommend this beautiful home to anyone but especially for those looking for a venue for a small event. "
