"This was a quick stayover between other towns so I really didn't care too much about the location. But the bed was the worst we slept in over our two weeks, including sleeping on the ground. Very hard and we could feel the springs. The bed frame was nice but the position of the tv made it impossible to watch it from the bed and there was no other place to sit. "We visit once or twice a year and have family in Wasilla. This was the perfect little place for my wife and I to relax at night. Had all the amenities that we needed and the hosts were great. Brought us some pastries from their store, Dolce, and they were amazing! Excellent addition to the package!! Thank you and we look forward to staying again!!"

"Mike went the extra mile for us. After the train dropped us off in Talkeetna wasn’t sure how we would get to Chinook Cabins. Mike dropped everything and picked us up.
