"Our accommodations were wonderful "

"Neither the hot tub nor the pool were open either one was worked on the entire time I was there. The fitness area was a pass to Anytime Fitness which was no where close to the hotel. Continental breakfast sucked. "

"For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and housekeeping person didn't know how to do it either. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. There was no paper and pen to write down anything from a phone call etc. The only light in the bathroom is quite dim and difficult to put on makeup with. Outside our room during the night there was a very loud truck revving up its engines several times making sleep frequently interrupted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. "

"Perfect for 5 adults that desired separate sleeping accomodations. Very spacious. 3 separate areas to relax and recharge. Comfortable beds. Excellent customer service with host. Due to snow/weather did not take advantage of deck. Would definitely stay there again."

"First impression was a very old space quickly stocked with thrift shop furniture and accessories. Our arrival was after 9pm and at that time, the internet was intermittently working. The main light and the outlet in the bath were not working. The next morning, the internet WAS NOT WORKING. The host responded quickly to my text and had that internet up and running within two hours so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, starting out the morning even for 2 hours without tv, internet and no coffee as no filters were provided was a really bad start to the day. Also having to brush my teeth (electric toothbrush) and dry my hair in the kitchen was really annoying. As to the kitchen this listing boasts a fully stocked kitchen which didn’t include any towels, paper towels or coffee filters (we were told to bring our own coffee). There was no soap in the shower and basic soaps were listed as being provided. I have stayed at many VRBO properties that were every bit what the listing promised. This listing was the opposite…the only positive thing about it for us was the proximity to the hospital. I asked for a refund for all the issues listed above and got 15. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY even as a last resort which it was for us…would stay at a hotel instead."

"The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores"
