This house features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathroom, and around 3400 square feet. It comfortable sleeps 18 people. It has just been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances (washer and dryer included), firepit, furniture, etc. 3 miles outside of Spicer, MN. and 10 minutes from Wilmar. Short drive from the Twin Cities. Brand new dock for your use and you can launch your boat at the boat launch or rent a boat from nearby Spicer or Wilmar.

Family Weekend On Lake Lake

We have been coming here for a few years now and it's a great place with plenty of room for a larger family. We like that's very private and great space outdoors for games and easy access to the boat landing. Overall a beautiful property on the water.

Great 4th of July Get-Away

We are a family group of 16 that stayed over the 4th of July. The property is beautiful, clean, and was large enough for our family. The lake a quiet and close to town amenities. Bonus - two refrigerators and two washers/dryers.

This property was very clean and very kid friendly. I liked the simplicity of the home. There was enough space to fit my entire family in the home and plenty of space outside for the kids to run and play. I would highly recommend this place and we plan to return next summer!

Family Fun

Lots of room for the 17 of us that were there. Great family memories were made. Had everything that we needed. A huge yard for all of our yard games, great fire pit, and nice dock on the lake and the lake was somewhat green but we enjoyed tubing and lots of fun.

Perfect relaxing weekend family retreat

Great view, right next to boat launch, and spacious yard that the dog loved. Saw deer everyday! Very spacious house, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is nice and functional. Easy to find and 10 minutes from town.

Perfect secluded lake house

I absolutely loved our stay: Plenty of room between the next property, very secluded. Perfect getaway. The lake is accessible from the property. The backyard is huge for the kids to run around . My only comment is the Wi-Fi is slow so if you’re planning on working, make sure you have another way to connect to the internet.

Beautiful Property

We had an amazing time! The grounds were great for the kids to run and the house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our group. The only downside to this property was the wifi connection. There was almost no cell service at the house.

We had a lovely time at this property. The property itself was clean, plenty large to accommodate our group of 7, beautiful views of the lake, etc. Our host was easy to communicate with from start to finish. The only thing that *could* be an issue for some is the wi-fi/cell service is sketchy at best. We found other things to do like pay attention to our friends/family so it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation

House and yard was spacious and worked well for the grandkids. House needs a good overall cleaning. Fire pit was great but no wood, matches/lighter, poker provided. Needs to state in description that wood is not provided. Had a good time but wouldn’t stay here again.
