"I visited family and reserved here because it was had a restaurant/bar in the amenities. When I checked in Friday, restaurant/bar didn't open until after 5pm. Which was fine, but when I got there and ordered an long Island ice tea, the bartender didn't know how make it. When i asked for a food menu, there were maybe 5 items on it and the bartender told me that not items aren't available. Day 2, Saturday the restaurant/bar didn't even open. I think they should revise that portion of their amenities. Alot of travelers like to have that option at the hotel we are staying. Other than that, the overall experience was great. "Delicious breakfast "

"We were really disappointed with our stay at Von Trapp. While the grounds were pretty, we were primarily there to ski. Unfortunately the ski shuttle was not available when we were there, even though this is part of the resort fee you have no choice but to pay. Our room also was in a wifi dead zone so we could not stream any TV at night which is what we look forward to after a long ski day. When we complained about this and other things, the staff responded with indifference and "we'll try to get someone there". It was unusual given we were paying $600/night. The interior shows a lot of wear and tear and is in need of an update to justify the prices. We won't be returning."
