Great renovated building but still with feeling of a country pub. It would be hard to miss the submarine "moored" across the road in the park which is one of the attractions of Holbrook. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the town.

Good value,the main thing it’s in a great location,bed was comfortable and very clean. I saw the cleaner in the morning and complimented her on her work

Very easy booking in process, room comfortable with all amenities and close proximity to dining options. A few things need attention 1. Freezer over iced - needs thawing out 2. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs internal clean to reduce high pitched noise. 3. Chain in door needs to be replaced for security.

Excellent little hotel in Holbrook. Proved a good stop on a trip from Melbourne to Sydney. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Covered parking was nice and I appreciated the bucket to clean the windshield in front of the room - nice little touch.
