The outside of the hotel is a little outdated in some respects, but our room was and nice clean and the front desk area and breakfast room were very comfortable and inviting. Our check in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Plus there is a stream with a waterfall that runs right beside the hotel property, and the Berkshires area in general is very picturesque. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

The staff went to great lengths to solve a problem that arose with my reservation. I would strongly recommend Stay Berkshire for a visit to the Williamstown area.

We arrived late, but Joe was there to greet us and get us settled. Room was decent, nice little stream running behind parking lot with fire pit and gazebo. Saw the pool but no time to go in. Breakfast was very good! Waffles and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Management was there taking care of dishes and wishing everyone a good morning. Highly recommend!

This was a last minute booking- so was nice that I got a room they were booked almost completely up. the pool was very nice. Breakfast was above what is now the standard as far as selection and breakfast area was very quaint. the innkeeper was great and personable-

The gentleman who checked me in was very cordial and welcoming even though I had checked in after 7 pm. He was very helpful, giving me brochures about the Clark Museum. Hopefully we can go tomorrow!

The manager was available whenever we needed him- very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room and dining area had everything we needed and if not, he would get it for us. Breakfast had good options- cereals, oatmeal, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. The pool was nice, too cold for swimming the weekend we were there. The room (2 beds) is small and a little dated, but had what we needed. Would stay again.

Great country property in a wooded setting. Away from it all, but drivable to most places. Lenox about 40 minutes away. Great staff, very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Really concerned that you’re happy. Felt like a family run motel rather than corporate. Not fancy, could definitely use some upgrades, but cute.

The room was adequate if you're ready to pass out from exhaustion. Certainly NOT ROMANTIC. Old furnishings. WI-FI good once you figured it out. Got out of Dodge, didn't stay for breakfast.

The place is incredibly overpriced. It’s run down: the shower cabin floor is cracked, the floor in the room is sticky, there was a spider web in the door. We have not seen a member of the staff throughout the whole stay. The breakfast was mediocre, at best

Property was a little run down, but clean. The small refrigerator didn't function well, but bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. Continental breakfast was fine - nothing unusual, but a good number of choices. Only saw the innkeeper once to check in. Otherwise, saw no staff or guests during our stay. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for the season.

Do not stay here...

I stayed here during the Williams College Parents' weekend. Do not stay here. It's terrible: - no showerhead - no shower curtain - cracked tiles in the bathroom - soap residue on shower walls - clogged bathroom sink - broken blinds on the back window - found another person's socks next to the bed - bed felt like sleeping on a stack of cardboard - The room smelled musty The owner/manager seems nice, and they have an EV charger, and a decent selection of waffles and fruit at breakfast, but the terrible room - way overpriced - was awful, even for two nights.

Owner/manager greeted us briefly upon our arrival, indicated he needed to deal with a medical issue and left. He did take us to our room first. Room was musty, bathroom in poor condition and fridge had awful smell. Went to pool area which had chemical containers scattered around the pool itself was filthy and furniture was dirty as well. Pictures on website did not represent the deplorable conditions we saw. I received a call from home and had an emergency which forced us to leave. Even without emergency, we would have not stayed there.

It's a great little place to stay in the Berkshires that won't break the bank. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was available every morning and you could have fresh coffee with the waffles cooked your way - literally cooked by you and super easy too. Just a great place, felt like staying with family.

Found this little gem when everything else in the area was sold out and was very pleased. It saved my butt in the middle of the night and turned out to be a great place that was clean, well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff.
