Wonderful stay!

Everything was just as described and shown in the photos. The space is comfortable, quiet, easy to locate, and very close access to the main resort. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. The condo was great and easy to check in and out. The owner was easy to contact and was quick to check in to make sure everything was satisfactory.

45th Anniversary trip

The view was gorgeous, and the extensive property walkable. People wound up parking on the grass, as there really wasn't enough parking.... We stayed in a condo...advertised as luxury, I would put it at a step below....

Perfect stay for business trip

Every year, my husband has a business trip in Traverse City for several days and I tag along - except I have to work remote during this time. Loved being able to wake up and my “commute” was 17 steps to wherever I decided to sit with my laptop. The view from the balcony was my favorite no matter what time of the day! Loved being able to store leftovers from dinner in the fridge for my lunch the next day. Living area, kitchen and bedroom areas were very nice but bathroom was getting a little tired looking - but in very good working order. As we were leaving, hubby already wanted me to book again for next year and we probably will once the dates are confirmed for his business trip.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and tidy. Bathroom worked great for my husband who is in a wheelchair. We did need to de-scale the coffee machine (I bought some vinegar) before we had coffee, which they had ample supply for us. The wine was a nice touch after a long day of driving. Only recommendation I would have is to replace the sheets. They were thin and nubby and not the best. Costco sells nice sheets under $100 with a high thread count and soft. Bed however was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on. We would not hesitate to come back to this property.

DIRTY and other things!!

This condo unit was dirty and very run down. In addition and a factor in my choice was the listing stated in its amenities list that there was onsite coin laundry…there was none and I was there for 11 nights. There was only 1 hand towel provided, the shower curtain liner slimy at the bottom several inches, shower didn’t drain fast enough so you had to stand in it. The 2 small rugs in bathroom and vanity area looked as if they had never been washed. I had to buy new ones for my stay. Baseboard were coated with dust and hair. Lightbulb out over the vanity. Coffee spilled down the wall and baseboard in kitchen. Something spilled down entry door and sliding glass door. Main closet full of large empty box, broom with a layer of someone else’s hair on it, vacuum with canister entirely full and the doors were broken and off the track. The other closet had a lock on it but was jammed so full that they too didn’t fully close. Dishes left in the dishwasher. I contacted the property manager with this list but they did not respond. Had I not spent $4000 non-refundable to stay here I most certainly would’ve left. I also took photos but this app doesn’t allow to submit.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

Check-in instructions made entry easy and included recommendations that you should seriously consider. Kitchen has everything you may need if you choose to cook. It was very clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We will definitely stay here longer on our next visit.
