About this property

Peaceful Place in the Pines! Come experience Williams/Grand Canyon & the West!

  • This home is 1650 square ft. and TOTALLY renovated and sits at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by tall pine trees and access to the Bill William's hiking trail. The great room has a 50" Roku TV in the living room and the dining area has a table that can seat six people. The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and an island bar and fully stocked with drip coffee maker, blender, spices, plates and cookware. The master bedroom has a new king size bed along with a 43" Roku TV and full size private bathroom which has a newly tiled shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed and a full size bathroom in the hallway. The quaint patio has a gas BBQ for grilling. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer for use. Historic Route 66/Grand Canyon Railway/Bearizona/downtown William's are only minutes away and the Grand Canyon is only one hour north! Come experience Williams!
