"On the plus side: Room is immaculate. Hotel nice and clean, staff friendly and efficient. On the negative side (Expedia doesn't tell you) the hotel's pool/jacuzzi are closed for construction, and not likely to open any time soon. Maid service hammers on the door at 8:20 in the morning what the heck!. ..."
