"Excepcional lugar Personal SUPER AMABLE. Servicio muy bueno. Tiene playa privada de arena blanca. Mar turquesa lleno de peces donde se puede hacer esnórquel . Mar tranquilo pues está en un canal natural. Suficientes camastros para todos los huéspedes. El lugar estaba lleno y nunca hubo limitaciones. Cuarto es pequeño, pero tiene una terraza grande. Ambiente familiar Muy cerca( walking distance): Aquario Curazao, centro de buceo y centro comercial Mambo y Mambo beach. Tres quejas: Antes de 10:30 am solo se puede desayunar en buffet, el cual es caro. A la carta solo ha desayuno después de esa hora. Eso puede ser un problema. Nuestra habitación 2106, estaba en frente del cuarto para el servicio. Esto hacía mucho ruido temprano en la mañana. Aire acondicionado del cuarto un poco más ruidoso de lo óptimo. A pesar de eso, totalmente recomendado."

"Room 414 has a sewer issue. The room smelled by sewer water. Be ware. It needs to be addressed asap. I think they know. "

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. "

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. "

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a quick assist. The snorkeling was a highlight—crystal-clear water and plenty to see just steps away. Having the pools, hot tub, and ocean all in one place made it easy to relax or switch things up throughout the day without going far. Location is another big win—it’s an easy walk to a great mix of shops and restaurants, so you can explore without needing to plan much. Overall, a seamless, relaxing stay with just the right balance of convenience and beauty."
