"Front desk gals were just great. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. Could not have been happier for the price."

"Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. "

"Great location, right on the river. The restaurant and bar are both open-concept and sunny, with windows overlooking the river. Friendly, professional staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. Great place for a get-away!"

Looks like people are living there, there was a naked guy standing in the window when we parked, there is no hot tub dispite being advertised, they lied and said they didn't have a pool, then when called out about it they said it was being worked on. Hair in tub, dirt ring around tub, clothing tags in corner of bathroom. Cigarette butt under bed"

"This house was beautiful. The area was clean and family friendly. Easy check in process and good communication. I had some concerns that I shared with the host, but they were not significant nor needed to be addressed during my stay. They were receptive and communicated well. I certainly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit Post Falls or the surrounding area."

"Staying at Trails End was a dreamy weekend for us! The cabin is immaculate and has everything we could have needed and more so. Susie is a dream host and so very welcoming with her radical hospitality. The property is easy to find and close to great amenities with just a short drive. We would recommend over and over!"

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I called down twice and they said they would do what they could do but it never stopped until after 230."

"I’ve stayed at ALOT of rentals and this was by far one of the best . Very clean organized and everything you would want your vacation to be like. The views are amazing and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. Hosts are responsive and kind! We would stay again!"
