Welcome to our Veranda in Waters Edge Verandas East! Located right across the street from the entrance to all the excitement that is Eastport is just a 3 minute golf cart ride away!
This Hillsdale model has:
-3 Bed 3 Bath
-3 separate suites
-Open concept main living area
-Fully equipped kitchen & Laundry
-Water front screened in Lanai w long water views and out door tv
-Fenced in backyard
-Close to golf and Eastport town square
-Small dogs allowed (under 40lbs)
-Golf cart NOT included

The Space
Kitchen has large island w plenty of cabinet space.Large primary suite has dished ceilings and a large primary bath w Roman shower. The screened lanai is accessible through 1 large and one oversized patio doors that when the weather is right can be left open for that true indoor outdoor living! This house is located on a long water view lot and is steps away from a nature walking path great for long walks , dog walks or biking. This house has a large privacy fenced in backyard yard perfect for a small dog to roam free. To get full dimensions to the house go to the Villages website and search our homes/ Verandas/ Hillsdale.

Guest access is full house access.

Guest passes to recreational areas and certain amenities available by request for no charge (does not include golf). For longer stays temporary ID is available for $50 per couple.
