Tattoo Convention Stay

Definitely a little dated but that’s kind of part of the charm. Extremely clean, a/c kept it super chilly, beds were great and can’t beat the location. Staff was super kind and pleasant, would absolutely stay there again

This is a very low rent property, but that is what was expected. If you want any sort of amenities or even a pleasant-looking looking a feeling room, this is not the place. It was clean and in a good location. As more than a bed it is not the place for you. As just a bed to sleep in it is what it is. It is a one to two start hotel, but I will say it was clean, which a lot are not.

There were some minor issues with the internet and the room was very small. The staff was responsive by phone and text but was never in the office. And really tried to help and eventually the problem was fixed

We arrived at the RussMar Hotel shortly after 5pm. Apparently that was "late", so the staff left a voicemail and our entry key in the outside mailbox. I had to call to get a wifi password; they had to text it to me because I could not understand the verbal response. On the plus side, the bed and bath were clean, but the floor was sandy and greasy. Checkout the next morning: No one in the office at 8:00am. I called the number posted on the door to find out no staff would be on site until 9:00. We left the key in the mailbox, hoping for the best, and assumed that the staff had charged our credit card for the night's stay. Yes, late September is off season, but either open a properly staffed and clean hotel, or shut it down for the winter.

I love everything about this place. Close to the boardwalk. Close to everything. Comfy and cozy. Very clean. Room is pretty small but has a full bath and kitchen! Only thing it's missing is a coffee maker lol. There's coffee and cups but they just expect you to put a cup of water in the microwave lol. That's fine this place is amazing any we'll definitely be back next year!

Multiple hotels with one reservations

The check-in process was sketchy. The owners own multiple hotels in the area and while I reserved a room in one hotel, I ended up in a different hotel altogether. The room was great and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a technical glitch with the TV caused by a previous resident who had brought his own firestick and failed to reset the input source before they left. Overall the room at the BelAir (where I ended up) was top notch.

Good, clean hotel

It is a good, clean hotel, close to the beaches and boardwalk. The staff was courteous and friendly. Next time we're in Wildwood, we'll stay here again.

This RusMar Motel was the perfect spot for a weekend down the shore. It is located across the street from the boardwalk/beach and within walking distance of everything you need. It was so clean and quiet and AJ was such an amazing host.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed my stay at the RusMar Motel! The location was super convenient- close to places to eat, boardwalk , bike rentals, the wildwood sign and not too from Morey’s Pier. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating! The bathroom could use an update- but overall it was a great place to stay!

I arrived at 8:15 PM to find a sign in the door to call the phone number. The person on the phone directed me to reach into a mailbox and pull out a room number key of which there were several and I said I could not find the number sheet Dictated to me. She told me to grab a different number of which there were multiple keys for that room I inquired is it safe to have an extra set of keys outside and was told yes nobody will come in. Face-to-face interaction is necessary.

Nice place very close to the boardwalk. The owner was very professional and helpful too. The only drawbacks is that there is no pool and it's a bit of a walk to the boardwalk shops in Wildwood. Otherwise, a good place to stay there and reasonably priced.
