We booked a family room since we were traveling with our infant. The room was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed having a balcony. We were also provided with a fresh roll of toilet paper, towels, and washcloths each day, which we appreciated. The pool was clean, although unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working during our stay. There were a few things that could use improvement. The towels and washcloths were clean but looked old and dingy and could definitely use replacing. The kitchen sink also drained extremely slowly, which made washing our infant’s bottles a little frustrating because I had to wait a couple of minutes between bottles for the water to drain. Overall, we got a really good deal, and for what we paid, it was definitely worth it. Nothing luxurious or amazing, but it was clean, spacious, and served its purpose. I would describe our stay as just OK.

Location of the property was excellent but boardwalk in beach and for all the amusements the rooms were clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly although it is what it is it’s a three star hotel.

Riviera Resort is super convenient just up the block from the boardwalk, making this trip fun and easy for a family (including someone with disability). Before arriving, we made sure we were located on the first floor and Riviera Resort made sure this was the arrangement. The boardwalk is accessible with multiple ramps including the one close to the resort. Plenty of parking spots available. The staff members in Riviera Resort are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to this hotel!

Excellent location in relation to the boardwalk and beach access. Close enough to stores and fooderies off of the boardwalk. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing truly fancy about the room , pool, or building but all in all the space was neat and clean and a fair price.

I was supposed to get a room with a stove, instead I didn’t. One set of my sheets, had a giant stain on it, they knew how many people were in my party never gave us enough towels, we had to go down to the front desk and ask. There is NOT DAILY HOUSE KEEPING!!! I had to clean the bathroom when we checked in, there were other peoples hairs all over the bathtub, the premium channels that they claim to have barely work, we had maybe five channels that worked on one of our two tvs, the other tv was fidgety, we struggled to even get it to turn on. I would never stay here again, not ever.

It was fine for one night, but the door locks didn’t work properly. The pool was really small. They only had hours until 9 o’clock cause they had no lights out there. The hot tub was cold actually colder than the pool proximity to the boardwalk great and restaurants great other than that I wouldn’t stay more than one night

Very close to boardwalk, restaurants, and two night clubs. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Loved the private balcony. Towels could have been better quality, but served the purpose. We forgot a bottle opener and they were able to provide one for the duration of our stay. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are very dirty. Your feet get dirtier in the rooms than if you were to walk barefoot on the boardwalk.
