Upon entering, you’ll notice the wide open
Floor plan as you walk into the sitting room with 3 full couches and a futon. Kitchen to the left, bathroom to the right which jack and Jill’s with the larger bedroom. Other nearly sizable room across the hall. Both have window AC units, a single bed on bed frame as well as a brand new king size mattress in each room to use for extra sleeping guests. Step back out into the sitting room to see the steps to the upstairs loft with two more beds and an AC unit in that window as well. Outdoor shower out back. And very sizable yard with working grill for grilling on the holiday weekend. This property is less than a block from the bay, while only 6 block from the beach! And many amazing restaurants and events to take part in on your short walk to the beach alone. Don’t miss out on this opportunity that’s only available this holiday weekend! 20% off for the first 3 renters!
