"The townhouse is phenomenal unfortunately the cleanliness was not, I had to buy a swifter and cleaning supplies. I have small children the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were charcoal black. I made a complaint and someone came to clean the living room area a day later."

"My family and I stayed here for a week and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t realize the kitchen and living area was on the 3rd floor but that was on us for not paying attention when we booked. That could be challenging if you have older folks in your group. The upstairs got extremely hot whenever the oven was on but that’s typical for 3 story places. The washing machine broke while we were there and they had someone fix it the next morning which was great. Very quick response times...

"It was a lot of fun to stay here. Communication was excellent with property manager. We had an issue when we were leaving. And it was taken care of right away. No hiccups or bumps. The bathrooms were small and cramped. But other then that. Things were great."

"This place was very clean and close to the beach. There were only 2 of us so we did not use all the rooms. We choose this instead of a hotel and are glad we did! All new kitchen and bathroom. Would be the perfect place for a small family to spend a summer vaca at the shore."

"Read the reviews….great location (2 1/2 blocks from boardwalk)….older beach community home…property would only rate one or two stars for amenities and furniture but it is as described and priced well below the updated properties in the area…if you want an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night (with a responsive on-site owner) than this is a good option. "The apartment was very spacious, and two adults and 4 teen/tweens were very comfortable! We barely had to drive anywhere because the location was so good - right between Mory’s Piers and super close to the beach and boardwalk. The place was welcoming, clean, and very well maintained. We would happily return!"
