The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Amazing view of the bay. Far enough from the noisy boardwalk but close enough to walk to. Great communication with the host. It was a wonderful stay.

Best Views!

We had a great stay! The location is peaceful, with exceptional bay views that you can see from every room thanks to the abundance of windows. It’s cozy and has a relaxing vibe! Rob was a great host—he was in touch from the very beginning to provide his info if anything was needed. The place was spotless when we arrived, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

This 2nd floor condo has great views of the bay! Home was comfortable and well supplied with all the necessary amenities. Very nicely decorated as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet spot on the back bay

Other than the construction crew working across the way the location was a great spot away from the crowds. Can't beat fishing and crabbing from a private dock either. If you prefer a low-hustle area but still close enough to the area attractions then you'd enjoy this spoy

A comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay at this second floor unit with a view of the bay in a traditional not-yet-completely-gentrified neighborhood. Comfortable, clean modern furniture accented with antiques. Excellent kitchen appliances. lots of windows, including ones that open. A family of ducks lives below, we enjoyed watching them.

end of summer get away

The views were amazing in both the living room and bedroom. Perfect location to access the bay with kayaks or just fish off the dock. The property was very clean, comfy king size bed, comfy clean sofa with recliner. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. We did not use the grill or appliances other than the refrigerator. The stairs/deck were weathered but still sturdy.

Make sure you read fine print No sheets or Towels ! The 2 beds in back room are smeller than a twin ! My friends are 6’1 and 230 was tight ! Great view and caught some fish from the dock. Front room is great king bed

Beautiful view, old but neat and nice interior

From first sight the property was disappointing. The entrance was in the back of the house next to an old shed, the stairs and deck are very old and in need of replacement. Upon entering the interior was old but neat, nice antique furniture and plenty of utensils. No sponge tho, that was kinda a pain. The views however are spectacular! A new deck and walkway would go a long way!

Beautiful place, but....

The apartment is beautiful-open and airy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to fix meals in. Our only complaint is that when we got there we found out that we were supposed to provide our own sheets and towels {king-sized sheets!} and there was no hand or bath soap and only one roll of toilet paper. There had been no mention of this in the listing and an email "reminding us " about the sheets and towels came late the day before. So we had to find a store to buy these supplies and our stay cost $75 more than we had expected.

Short & Sweet Stay

We loved everything about this place including the off-season price. Location, esthetic, provisions were all perfect. Weather interfered a bit with taking full advantage of the outdoor amenities but the house is so welcoming we enjoyed hanging inside when we had to. It’s was a short stay but everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect from fishing from the dock to Friday night fire works. The place was clean when we moved In. Rob the host was fantastic through our stay. He was around for any questions we had and even provided bait for fishing.
