I liked the way the room was situated to face the ocean. The pool area was neat and clean. I didn’t like the towels that were given - very scratchy. The staff was friendly and said hello when they passed you in the hallway.

There is nothing they need to improve; staying at El Coronado was one of the most wonderful experiences. The staff is very respectful, and the place is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. I highly recommend it and give it the highest rating. Thanks to El Coronado, I had one of the best experiences of my life.

The resort was very nice and well maintained. Very family friendly and I plan to bring my grandkids back this summer. The food in the cafe was delicious and very convenient. Would highly recommend the resort.

Very nice stay. If you have kids and like the beach it’s perfect. Lots of families with lots of kids so if your looking for a quiet romance swim in the pool that may be tough. But other than that it’s a great place.

PROS Clean room. Cute activities for kids. Nice pool. Staff was very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. CONS AC was not as cold as a normal hotel but it was decent at nighttime. The shower pressure was awful. Crest has a long walk to beach. The bedding was uncomfortable and weird. Not for me but it is the jersey shore after all.

We stayed in a 2bdr, 2bthr efficiency on the 6th floor overlooking the pools & beach/ocean. Room was spacious, cool enough, comfortable & clean. Elevators did their jobs & pool/grounds were well maintained. Parking was ample & I loved that we were literally steps from the beach & other things in WWC. Also, it was a quick 15 min (or less) drive to cape may. Would definitely stay again

Rooms could use a good deep cleaning. There was hair in the bathroom (a few different places), dust accumulation in MANY places, carpet may have been sticky (kept my shoes on after a questionable spot), discovered "something--dried liquid?" on the wall behind the recycling bin before we left. The housekeeping staff that came to our room after the initial complaint we awesome to talk to, and cleaned what they could (that we had noticed at the time). Parking is minimal--1 vehicle allowed per room (a guest had an 8 person room--hard to imagine they fit all 8 in one car). Staff was friendly and tried to help. Breakfast was for an extra fee--so we opted not to try/have it.

We only stayed overnight and did not try the food there. It was a little pricey, but it may be worth it. All in all, we enjoyed the pool, having our own kitchen, and the view. We would consider staying again, hopefully for a longer time.

Room was very clean, staff ok.propertywas in a good location, beach well maintained. The only complaint was that there was very little Lounge chairs available around the pool area.they had lots of sections with Cabanas and tables, that needed to be reversed for a fee. And also they said that towels were available by the pool area but when I asked them, l was told that only the are available for the people that Rented the Cabanas. I founded that Adds.

The two bedroom suite was spacious. The staff were nice. The pool was clean. Room was a little old/outdated. The cabana areas and shaded seats near pool are closed off for rental which seemed a bit expensive just for hanging out at the pool for a couple hours. None were being used or rented which was annoying because you are stuck in the sun with no shade the entire time.
