"The room was clean, we got there around 3:15 and the rooms weren’t ready yet, also the front guy wasn’t friendly at all "

"The staff was ok, we arrived early and had to wait for our room, which was not an issue, but they said the room would be ready at 4 and it wasn’t. Then we could hear everything in the hallway and we had someone above us doing wrestling and parkour so it was very loud. Also it said free breakfast and there was no breakfast served. When we asked about it, the staff was rude. The bathroom was nice, but you had 2 temperatures..ice cold or scorching hot..no in between. Definitely would not stay here again. "

"The hotel is beautiful, we stayed at the junior suite and we loved the decor, you will enjoy the shops and bakeries throughout town as soon as you walk out of the property almost everything is at walking distance. "

"Perfect location , easy check in and out process. The room is exactly like the photo. Sound insulation not great so we can heat cars driving by. but it’s not on the busy part of town so not too much traffic. Would stay here again next time we visit the area "
