"Clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and easy check in. The room was up to date and smelled good on the walk in. Great location with easy access to the boardwalk and plenty of great food nearby. I would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel room was clean. There are number of places to eat on the casino floor. Note that if you want your room clean you have to request housekeeping. "

"I booked the Tropicana for the weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday along with a massage. One week before I received a call that the spa closed and canceled our reservation. I expressed my dismay when I checked in and told the woman that Tropicana is still advertising the spa on their website but I simply got a sorry. Very disappointing. Then we were given a handicapped room which wasn’t a problem until we showered and the bathroom flooded. I called the front desk and was told it happens and the best they could do was more towels. Once again very disappointed! Upon checkout we had to wait 30 minutes just to get on elevator to leave. Overall I would think twice about staying at the Tropicana again."

"We went during spring break which was probably the worse time, it was crowded, ghetto, people were having sex loud next door and making loud noise in the hallway.. it was hard to reach front desk after midnight. The food was terrible. We went to either the hard rock or Ocean for most of our meals. Next time we will not stay there only visit for the kids entertainment only"
