"Beautiful property but for 5 stars, little things were not up to standard. Our towel warmer barely heated and we had brown water giving out if the shower and sinks one of the two days we stayed. Even the maintenance person said to bring it up to the front desk, and when we did they only offered to refund 10% of one night. Like that's anything to compensate for been water at a 5 star hotel......"

property with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and some have views of the Shannon River. We stayed in a suite while our sister and cousin stayed in Executive Rooms. We all enjoyed the Executive Lounge as a big perk. And we walked to nearby residents, one of which the front desk had set up. We thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
