"There were a lot of bugs/bees by the pool and a dead bird No one came to clean the room throughout our 3 night stay"

"First things first...house is in nice location/neighborhood and is great for large or multi family vacations. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a snag during the day of check-in process requiring a photo ID (which did not make sense since VRBO provides the arms length broker process and has my personal information versus sharing with an unknown third party) that we were thankfully able to work thru before the 4pm check in time. House was exactly as the pictures show and was very spread out, but also provides plenty of spaces to be close together. Backyard/pool was a great hangout spot for the family evenings. On the surface level it is clean, but definitely time for a deep cleaning. If these things were addressed, we would definitely stay here again."

"What a great property! We had a great time enjoying all the amenities. The pool was fabulous, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day and everyone in our group took turns enjoying the pool table. The house is much larger than we expected and very well appointed. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve experienced. The owner was highly responsive when we had a quick question about the electronics. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Litchfield Park (near Phoenix) we would highly recommend this property. "

"We’ve stayed with this host before and have come to understand that they set the standard for what a VRBO property should be. Accommodations are very nice, check in is simple and communication with the host is excellent. We have already booked again a year in advance based on our experience - cannot ask for a better stay. "
