Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."
