"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Luckily, the staff patiently took this into consideration and resolved it promptly, so our heated room that we associate with coziness, making our stay ideal amidst the cold, merciless February. The breakfast selection of food and hot beverages is of good quality, with the restaurant's atmosphere feeling high-end. All of the waiting staff is attentive and, even though they work at a fast pace, they still seem serene and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Pawel S. and Daniel E. from the Guest Experience Desk for their patience and our inquiries and arrangements during our stay, thus making it unforgettable.
