"No towel service for the 4 nights we were there. Elevators did not work correctly. Heavy cigarette smoke smell in the lobby and gas smell near the restaurant. Beds were ok. The A/C ran constantly and raising the thermostat didn’t help. Not going back if it can be avoided."
