Very miserable staff
The room was small… nothing like the picture
The bath didn’t have taps… I had to fill the bath with the shower
Room was for two people but only had one towel
No air conditioning just a small electric fan

Beautifully renovated hotel
Nice gardens
But management needs improvement - sheets are not changed timely even if requested only pillow cover changed
Room not vacuumed
Vacuum left in corridor
Ordered coffee and waited 30 minutes and even though I asked twice it was not ready - I finally gave up

First night, I was given room (in the annex) with non-functioning aircon. Fortunately they pass me a small stand fan. They changed my room the next day and it was all good

The location is excellent--right in Trafalgar Square, so walking to theater and National Museums literally steps away. I did get stuck in the shower (the door wouldn't open and I had to get maintenance to get me out, but the issue was resolved quickly and our room changed).
Overall, convenient to everything and it was great to stay at Page 8.

A must staff,when in Bath
"We love staying at the Doubletree, a bit expensive but phew we have Tesco vouchers. Rooms are comfy, staff are friendly. Food is reasonable prices, alcohol not so, but it is Bath. They did struggle with the breakfast, a bit short of staff. There were no tomato's, no Alpen or the nuts. The bacon was ..."
