This hotel is so clean and welcoming ! The rooms are lovely and when I forgot my toothbrush they were more than happy to help out and provide one. Would definitely return again!

I recently stayed at the The Clermont Charing Cross London and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional — warm, professional, and always attentive to anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine friendliness made the whole stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and maintained to such a high standard. Every detail feels thoughtfully done, creating a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout. One of the best things about the hotel is its brilliant location in London. It’s perfectly placed for theatres, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing — really anything you could want to do while visiting the city. Being so central made getting around incredibly easy and added so much to the overall experience. I’d highly recommend The Clermont Charing Cross to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London with outstanding service and an unbeatable location. Also thank you for the amazing upgrade to a studio room and the birthday cake on arrival .

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, very safe location, have never seen so many police vehicles at any other location I traveled.
