Very convenient to I35. My room was spotless. There was a problem with the TV and the person on duty came right up and fixed it. The staff is very easy to speak to and they seem genuinely kind. Finding a good restaurant was somewhat a problem but I found one a few miles away.

Nice place to stay
The room was large and clean. The only negative comment I would make is the Inn needs to install grab bars and adhesive “no slip” strips in the bathtubs. I’m a Senior, who took a shower, and there was no grab bar to help me get in and out of the shower. I would hate to see the Inn sued because someone fell getting in or out of the tub.

UPON CHECKING INTO ROOM FOUND THE ROOM EXTREMELY HOT. SUSPECT A/C HAD NOT BEEN RUN ALL Day. Second TV NOT WORKING! COULD NEVER FIND ANYONE AT FRONT DESK TO REPORT THIS TWO. SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION.

Where to start. Upon check in I was informed of extra fees for my dogs that were not listed, was only shown as pet friendly. Room was filthy, serious humidity issues, couldn’t breathe after sleeping one night here. Second day we asked for clean sheets as ours were found with blood and urine stains only to be told fresh linens weren’t included with a 2 day stay. Locked myself out of the room only to be scalded like a child by the same jerk at the counter from the other issues. Hotel should be avoided not worth the time or effort.

Express Inn, Hayesville, cheap
Seven day stay there. Housekeeping only service the room twice. Garbage never emptied, and I had a hunt down Bath towels and bathmat. broken lamp above the bed. Chair in the room was about to fall apart was afraid to sit on it.
