Checked in after 8 due to a long drive and asked for a late check out was told no due to them not having enough staff to clean rooms for the incoming check in’s. Workout room only has a treadmill. The free breakfast was bagels and Coffee. Over all clean but wouldn't stay here again for more than a night

The staff were all personable and professional. This was our second stay and we will stay here next time we visit family in El Dorado.

I needed the room because my water/sewer was frozen at my home. I got the room for my 33 yo daughter and her kids so they could have showers and be ready for school, she is also a teacher at the local elementary school. At check in I kept being asked how many would be in the room even though this was on the reservation. I confirmed 4. We got into the room and the phone rang, the desk proceeded to tell me there was 5 people in the room. I told them I was not staying only helping get them set into room. The people at the desk just didn’t believe that only 4 would be in the room, I said I would have one of the kids stay in the hallway until I left but they insisted that was not okay. Things got heated so I gathered everything up and left the hotel. Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I won’t be staying at a Wyndham hotel again.

Good stay!
The king suite we rented was great! Huge room with full size refrigerator and stove. Nice bathroom and excellent bed. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Waffles, cereal, pastries......sugar/carbs. They did have fresh fruit.

Got a king size bed and a large room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious (huge! I've had apartments that were as large!) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't a five-star dining but it was very good and fresh. No complaints at all. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

Great for an extended stay.
Very clean, staff were friendly! Room had a full kitchen, but no pots pans or dishes. Would be great for an extended stay, but bring these items. Breakfast had waffles as only hot option.

Phone call at 11:00AM as I was walking out of the room asking if I was staying or checking out. I had to go back in to answer the phone. How rude! Seriously? It was way over 100 degrees out and I wasn’t in a hurry to leave and spend the rest of the day in the heat (I was accompanying someone who was testing that day and had time to kill). Breakfast was sub-par. Management-I assume the owner- was rude. (Staff was not).

I had hoped to check in 90 minutes early (1:30pm) because I had driven for many hours and I was transporting food items (yes, in coolers) that I needed for a celebration the next day. I chose the hotel primarily because of the full size refrigerator. Unfortunately, I couldn't check in and had to waste time (and money) until 3. The male manager/staff member was great on the phone and when I ultimately checked into the hotel. The room was clean as was the hotel and grounds. The location is slightly inconvenient to things "downtown" El Dorado.

Okay unless you want to change number of days spending there. Almost impossible to get refund!
