The bed was super comfy. All was quiet and nice. Only thing wrong is that they forgot to put clean towels in the room. I’m sure they would have brought some to me but I didn’t notice until I was already in the shower

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Staff was professional and kind. Our only issue was that we were only left with one towel and no hot water. We arrived late in the evening and did not bother the staff since it was just my husband and I. We managed with what we had. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. Smelled so good I tried to see if I could purchase some full size bottles for the house. The breakfast was as expected. The value of the overall experience was exceptional for the price we paid. I’m sure the water issue would have been addressed if we’d been staying long enough to have it addressed.

Very quiet and clean place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great, polite, and helpful. A gentleman working in housekeeping offered to help carry my baggage when I was leaving at checkout. I had several trips to make, and he stayed to make sure I could easily get back inside to finish up. I do not believe it was in his job description to do so, and I greatly appreciated it! A BIG THANKS goes to the very tall gentleman for his hospitality—I'm calling him "Mr. Helpful!" I apologize that I didn't get his name. The location of the hotel is a bit odd and cramped next to another hotel. The parking is small area, however had no problem getting in and out. I recommend this as a place to stay if you are coming thru or to Wichita Falls,Texas. Thanks again to our enjoyable stay, Candace and Jason

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Was glad to get a room. My other hotel canceled on me that day. I got the last room available. The only negative was there were no towels in the room. Later after going to dinner when I returned I had towels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly quiet even being next to the freeway. Another negative was limited parking due to painting the building. All in all was a nice stay. Stayed 3 nights.

Breakfast was good. Wish there was biscuits and gravy but sausage and eggs and waffles was good. Rooms were clean and lots of soaps and stuff. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Small pool but fun. We swam and had a great time.

11 month old grandson was crawling around the room and his knees where so dirty. Maybe vacuum or wash carpet once in awhile. Air conditioner made annoying sounds and toilet making weird noises. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok. It would of been nice to get in room little bit earlier when driving all night with a 11 month old.it was ok stay but have had better stay with a little more money and staff is willing to accommodate you.

This was a good hotel option for the price. Our room was clean for the most part and very spacious. The property does show some age. Our only complaint was there were no hand towels or washcloths in our room and they only had a few washcloths available at the front desk. When our room was cleaned, they still didn't leave either of these items. The communication from the hotel was great!

Our room was clean, and the breakfast area was well maintained. However, the staff did not make our bed or clean the bathroom after our first full day. Also, they seemed to have a shortage of washcloths and hand towels, as we often were given just one of each for two of us!

Best part of the room was the bed, very comfortable. But there were several negatives. The WiFi did not work well, struggled to get connected and it was very slow once connected. Hot water did not work, lukewarm at best. The main reason we booked here was the indoor pool and it was closed both days. The AC also could not keep up, it never got down to temperature. I have stayed at many Baymont by Wyndhams that were great but this is not one of them, for this price I would definitely try something different.
