I never stayed a hotel where I wasn’t asked for my ID and no invoice was ever provided. There is not a hair dryer in the room which was very inconvenient. Bathroom door did not close all the way. There were not enough towels for four guests. Very bare bones and basic, sufficient for one night passing through town.

Don't let the outside deceive you. It looks like a Motel 6 outside, but is actually quite nice inside. Rooms are clean and fresh. Staff is helpful. A pleasant stay.

Very noisy. Sounded like there was a party in the lobby very late. No one at desk at checkout. When I checked my bank account I was charged double for the room. The issued a credit and then charged the correct room price. The credit takes 4 to 5 days to appear but the correct charge comes out right away. So now have 3 times the charge coming out of my account. It has been 3 days. Really hoping the credit shows up.

Shout out to Katie, the manager onsite on April 7, 2024. She was exceptionally welcoming, thorough and efficient in taking of the crowds arriving to view the Total Solar Eclipse. We really appreciated her!!

Receptionist was so sweet and helpful. Cafeteria/dining area was freezing cold. Stained towel that looked unappetizing. The cat on property is a risk for those with allergies.

Other then the BEDs being too TALL... have to climb or jump in. Feet won't touch ground to put shoes on. Some very minor maintenance issues. I've recommended you hotel to several race buddies that will be back in the area

Great hotel. Good location
We love using Hotels.com, to find great hotels, while we are on the road. Thus hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. Front desk recommended a great restaurant, for our dinner. Only downside of our stay was that the remote in our room turned ON the YV, but then couldn’t turn it off!! The TV was possessed! 😂😂 the power button on the physical TV didn’t work. Turning ofc the cable box worked for about 3 minutes, and then everything turned back on again! Thankfully, my husband disconnected everything, so we could sleep.

Clean and comfortable overnight stay. No problem at all. Breakfast was not that great - no decaf coffee or tea. No hairdryer in room- front desk said someone must have taken it. Overall was good.

The stay was perfect for quick stop on a road trip. Breakfast was minimal and the area had no other food options, but otherwise it was exactly what we needed. Low price to have a pet stay too!

Everything was fine but I was disappointed that there were no biscuits and gravy for breakfast as that is (or at least was) standard at all of the Best Western properties I’ve stayed at. But, if that’s all there is to complain about, then you’re doing a great job. 😃

Quick Stay
The hotel is perfect for a quick rest off the road. It was clean & safe. Also perfect if visiting a loved one at Big Muddy. The only issues I had were service & an odor. There was no one at the front desk for my check in & I waited abt 10 minutes for someone to come check me in. My room also had a dead smell when I ran the air conditioner but I’m not certain why that is.
