Eden Cottage accommodates six guests, over 2 bedrooms and is decorated with a calming seaside ambience, perfectly situated just a short stroll from Whitstable's charming town and beautiful beach.
You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!
Perfectly situated, the property is just a short stroll from Whitstable's quaint town centre, offering a variety of shops and eateries. The beach is also an easy five-minute walk away, as is the historic harbour, where you can observe the daily catch or embark on a boat trip. Nearby towns are all within a twenty-minute drive, and London is just over an hour away by train.

The front door of this delightful cottage welcomes you into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge, boasting two three-seater sofas and an armchair thoughtfully arranged around an original decorative fireplace. The lounge also features a Smart TV, a charming window seat, and the added comfort of underfloor heating.
From the lounge, step through to the light and airy kitchen/diner, where the underfloor heating continues, and you'll find a welcoming dining table with ample seating. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave with grill function.
A convenient cloakroom is also located on the ground floor. Outside, you'll discover a pretty garden offering comfortable seating areas perfect for enjoying the sun throughout the day.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll find the family bathroom, complete with a walk in rain shower, a separate bath, toilet and basin. Upstairs, you'll also discover two generously sized bedrooms: a master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, and ample wardrobe space, and a spacious family room offering a comfortable double bed and separate bunk beds.
There is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Victoria Street or Gladstone Road car park. Whitstable Train Station, on Railway Avenue, is the cheapest car park if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.
