  • 1BR, 1B Cabin- We offer up to seven cabins in this brand new and beautiful park with lots to do. Surrounded by the state park of the same name, and located on the Paluxy River just outside of historic Glen Rose. The cabins come fully furnished with a full kitchen and comfortable living area. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed, and two twin beds upstairs in the loft that you access with a ladder. Two adults and three kids are allowed in the base price. River access was great. My dughter loved the petting area at the barnyard on site. The property was far enough out to provide camping ambiance while still withing great distance to everything in town. Clint at the front desk was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. If you rent a cabin i would suggest you bring a fan for the loft area as it tends to get warm up there. We will definitely be returning.

We loved staying in a cabin at DVRVP. Check-in was super easy, cabin was clean and the A/C worked great. We especially enjoyed the adult-only pool which we had to ourselves most of the time.
