"My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon from June 29-July 6th and had an amazing time. To clarify the property, the walkout is literally that: a walkout finished basement that has an attached ā€œgarageā€ that they turned into a kitchen and indoor patio. The ownerā€™s house is directly above it so you can hear them walking around sometimes, but they were really quiet and they give you plenty of privacy.The property comes with a smart TV, full sized bed, a fully stocked bathroom and full sized shower, single cup coffee maker, coffee pot, two burner stovetop, microwave, small air fryer, toaster, pots and pans, all the utensils youā€™d need, a propane grill, fireplace at the walkout and one on the beach, and an indoor and outdoor patio set. Dino and Sarah (the owners) are lovely people! They made sure we had everything we needed and if they had to come down to tend to the garden or anything theyā€™d ask first. They even gave us a honeymoon gift, tickets to the Shipwreck Museum in Whitefish Point (a very short drive down the road) which my husband LOVED. The beach is lovely, but we did have issues with flies and mosquitoes even though Dino did his best to treat for them, but thatā€™s normal for the time of year. There are chickens on property which Sarah and Dino leave you treats to feed them, which I think was my favorite part! Overall we had an amazing time and hope to come back again!"
